Installing the Browser Extension
Set up the TSL Toolbox browser extension to enhance your freight platform experience
The TSL Toolbox browser extension is a powerful tool that integrates directly with TransEU, TimoCom, and other freight platforms to enhance your workflow. This guide will walk you through the installation and configuration process.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have created a TSL Toolbox account and are using a supported browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Opera).

TSL Toolbox browser extension is compatible with the following browsers:

Browser Recommendation

Installation Steps
Download the Extension
Visit the TSL Toolbox extension page in your browser's web store:
- Chrome Web Store (for Chrome and Edge users)
- Firefox Add-ons (for Firefox users)
- Opera Add-ons (for Opera users)
Tip: You can also download the extension directly from your TSL Toolbox dashboard after logging in.

Add to Browser
Click the "Add to Chrome" (or equivalent for your browser) button and confirm the installation.
You may see a permissions dialog explaining what the extension can access. TSL Toolbox only requests permissions necessary for integrating with freight platforms.

Pin the Extension
For easy access, pin the TSL Toolbox extension to your browser toolbar:
- Click the extensions icon in your browser toolbar
- Find TSL Toolbox in the dropdown list
- Click the pin icon next to the extension

Log In to the Extension
Click the TSL Toolbox icon in your browser toolbar and log in with your TSL Toolbox account credentials.
Once logged in, your settings and preferences will automatically sync with your account.

After installation, you can configure the extension to match your workflow preferences:
Configuration Options
- Platform Integration Settings: Choose which freight platforms to enhance with TSL Toolbox functionality.

To access the configuration options:
- Click the TSL Toolbox icon in your browser toolbar

Troubleshooting
Extension Not Working on Freight Platforms
If the extension is not enhancing freight platforms as expected:
- Ensure you're logged in to your TSL Toolbox account in the extension
- Check that you have enabled integration for the specific platform in the settings
- Try refreshing the freight platform page
- Verify that your subscription includes access to the specific platform integration
Extension Not Appearing in Toolbar
If you can't see the TSL Toolbox icon in your browser toolbar:
- Click the extensions menu (puzzle piece icon) in your browser
- Check if TSL Toolbox is listed there
- Click the pin icon to pin it to your toolbar
- If not listed, try reinstalling the extension
Login Issues
If you're having trouble logging in to the extension:
- Verify your TSL Toolbox account credentials
- Check your internet connection
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try logging out of the extension and logging back in
